At Flatland Cavalry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once the items are inspected at our warehouse.
